We accept all payments in the form of cash, Zelle, or major credit & debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Service Area & Rates
Service Area
50 miles from center of Hendersonville, TN
We will service clients that are within a 50 mile radius of Hendersonville, TN. If you are outside of this area, we are still able to work with you, however there may be an additional service fee of $1/mi outside of the 50 miles.
Service Rates
$75 Service Call Charge
$125 / hr
For servicing your RV, we start with a $75 service charge for the visit and then our standard hourly labor rate is $125 an hour with a 30-minute minimum. We will then bill on 15 minute increments after the first 30 minutes is completed.
Please note that you will also be responsible for parts & a material fee charges that are related to your service.
Should you need service after our normal business hours Monday-Friday, we are happy to help! Our after hours and weekend rate is $75 service charge for the visit and then $150 an hour with a 30 minute minimum and billing on 15 minute increments after the first 30 minutes is completed.
Package Rates
Flat Rate Packages
We offer standard maintenance packages to help you take the guess work out of maintaining your RV. If you live within the service area you pay the package price plus any parts and materials needed. If you live outside of the 50 mile service area, the additional $1/mi may apply.

Consultations

We are proud to offer an additional service to potential RV owners with consultations. This service can be used by potential brand new RV owners or experienced RV owners looking to upgrade into a different RV. If you would like to obtain non-bias & informative advice based on your needs, lifestyle, & abilities please call for information and pricing.
Extended Warranty

We are able to work on some extended warranty & recalls depending on the company. Please note that many companies/warranties do not cover the mobile fee & diagnostic time. In most instances a second visit will be required due to the extended warranty process.
This work will be subject to our standard or after hours rates and payment is due at the time of service. It is the client's responsibility to obtain reimbursement through the correct parties & channels.
